If your child needs medication during the school day you will need an agreement with the school. We do not normally give medicines to children and will not be able to give medicines unless they are prescribed by a doctor.

If your child is ill they need to be at home in order to rest and recover. If a child falls ill at school we contact the Parent in the first instance and take care of them at school until they are collected.

Long term conditions will be catered for with a special plan if appropriate.
