Welcome to Normanton On Soar Primary School

Welcome to the Normanton on Soar Primary School website. This website will provide you with a flavour and insight into life at our school. We are a small rural primary school catering for children aged between 3 and 11 years. We are very lucky to have small classes in a beautiful rural setting.

Normanton is a happy, friendly, safe and encouraging place where everyone feels welcomed and valued; a place where achievement is expected and is celebrated; a place where all members of the school community care about each other and are kind to each other; a place where behaviour is good and where success of all kinds is noticed so we can take pride in all the work we are doing.

We are very lucky to have an extremely dedicated and supportive staff who work very hard to provide the best opportunities for all of our pupils in a safe and happy school  environment. We work closely with parents to ensure that every individual’s needs are met and that every child is happy both in and out of the classroom.
